Melanie Ridgeway

Melanie Ridgeway
Local Aboriginal actress

"The Aboriginal philosophy has been one of treating the land as sacred and precious. Instead of filling the air with petrol fumes, we get around on bicycles. You see more, get lots of fresh air, and get fit and healthy."
Melanie is especially concerned with water pollution, as a large part of the local Aboriginal community uses the lake to get meals.
