Terms

By proceeding to the application form you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. My business, service or organisation resides in the area specified on the Be In The Guide page. My product or service complies with all requirements as stated on the Cover Letter.
2. I understand that applying does not guarantee inclusion in the Guide for reasons stated in the Be In The Guide page.
3. I understand that inclusion does not mean my business, service or organisation endorses any comments printed by the Forster Tuncurry Earth Editors or comments made in websites referred to in the Guide.
4. I understand that by applying for inclusion I have given the Forster Tuncurry Earth Editors permission to publish details that I have provided on how my product or service benefits climate change and the environment. I understand that the Guide format on the website is a draft only and may be altered due to the response from applicants. I understand that my details may be edited.
5. I understand that once included all applicants details will be listed alphabetically as the Guide is promoting the product/service, with no distinctions made between businesses.
6. I understand that this Guide is intended as a ‘spirit of goodwill’ exercise (produced by a non-profit group) that will benefit the environment and all who reside in the Great Lakes region (Businesses, Services, organisations and Departments included).
7. I understand that any applications, enquiries and concerns must be sent by email or post to the Forster Tuncurry Earth Editors contacts given on the Contact page. These will be addressed in Forster Tuncurry Committee meetings and a reply sent to your contacts provided.
8. I understand that this Guide might be used for environmental causes in the media, and the booklet might be used and altered by other towns and suburbs, according to our aims and creative license.
9. I understand that my business is expected to actively promote our product/s or service published, with well-informed staff, in exchange for this free promotion.
10. I agree that I will not have any rights or remedies against Forster Tuncurry Earth Editors in the event that I am not included in the Guide and Register and that inclusion is at the absolute discretion of that organisation. I am aware and consent to information about my business being the subject of records within Forster Tuncurry Earth Editors, including the Minutes of Meetings of the Association. I also agree and accept that I cannot take any action against Forster Tuncurry Earth Helpers in relation to any errors or misdescriptions in the Guide and Register, irrespective of who makes such errors.
11. I warrant the accuracy of the information supplied on my application.
